What is the definition of a Christian brother or sister?

While in school i have met brothers who by their looks and speech look so much like Christ BUT getting close, i ran... check is the person a forgiver , you need a forgiver in any friendship or relationship. Comments please.
I think every relationship needs forgiveness and forgiveness is by the spirit. I strongly believe any brother and sister who has given their life to Christ has the ability to forgive. The problem here is that of renewing the mind, saving the soul. The soul is not born again and if a Christian doesnt constantly renew his or her mind he or she might yield to the work of the flesh and you dont have to be a judge if your fiance or friend is not unforgiving you can pray for him or her or get him or her Inspirational books so his or her mind might be renewed
